Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites globalmedstrategy.com and dryoonkim.com (the “Site”) and the medical school admissions and global career consulting services (the “Services”) provided by Dr. Yoon Kim / Global Med Strategy (the “Company”). By using the Site or Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Definitions

• “Services” means consultations, coaching packages, newsletters, articles, and any related offerings.
• “Member” means any person who submits an email or other information to use the Services.
• “Content” means all text, images, videos and materials provided by the Company.

3. Changes to the Terms

The Company may amend these Terms in accordance with applicable law. Changes will be posted on the Site with the effective date and rationale. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Members who disagree may stop using the Services and request deletion of their data.

4. Services Offered

• UK, US and Japan medical school admissions consulting
• Application strategy, interview preparation, essay review, exam coaching
• Early Access sign-ups, newsletters, seminars and online sessions
• Related additional offerings

The Company may modify or suspend Services with notice, or without notice in cases of maintenance, force majeure or other unavoidable events.

5. Member Obligations

• Provide accurate information when signing up or requesting consultations
• Do not copy, redistribute or commercially exploit Company Content without prior written consent
• Do not infringe on the rights of other members or third parties
• Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms

6. Nature of Consulting; No Guarantees

Consulting Services are advisory in nature and do not guarantee admission to any specific university. Outcome figures and case examples on the Site reflect the aggregate results of past students and are not a promise of individual outcomes, which depend on each student's background and effort.

7. Payment, Refunds and Cancellation

Payment, refund and cancellation terms for paid packages are set out in the individual service agreement provided at the time of engagement. Members may cancel prior to service commencement in writing (including email); fees for sessions and materials already delivered may be deducted. All refunds comply with applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Intellectual Property

All Content on the Site (logos, text, images, curricula, methodologies) is owned by the Company. Members may not reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, or use the Content commercially without the Company's prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for damages arising from force majeure, member fault, third-party wrongdoing, network failures, or other causes outside its reasonable control. The Company's total liability is limited to the fees paid by the member for the affected Services.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising out of the Services shall be brought before the court of competent jurisdiction at the Company's principal place of business.
