3. Retention Periods

Personal information is deleted without delay once the purpose of processing has been achieved or upon a member's deletion request. However, the Company retains the following records for the periods required by law:

• Records of payment and provision of goods: 5 years
• Records of consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years
• Website visit records: 3 months

• Resend / email delivery partner — transactional email

Some processors listed above operate servers outside of Korea (primarily in the United States and the EU). By using the Services you consent to the transfer of your personal information to these jurisdictions for the purposes described above. If you do not consent, please discontinue using the Services.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing of your personal information at any time. You may unsubscribe from newsletters immediately via the opt-out link in any email. Requests can be sent to yoon@globalmedstrategy.com.
